As a Program Administrator, Accessory and Ports, your essential job functions will include the following:

Business Analysis

  • Provide analytics that help determine the progress/success of OEM programs.
  • Analyze the data to ensure new business initiatives align with Dealer Tire’s Strategic Plan.
  • Provide/visualize tire/accessory program performance analytics to OEM teams.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to analyze overall product performance/profitability.

Assembly Process Management

  • Collaborate internally to ensure component accuracy, manage retrofits, handle program changes.
  • Create/Maintain bill of materials (BOM) set-up files.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure forecasted OEM program needs are met.
  • Ensure the system contains all necessary components for proper billing and inventory relief.
  • Communicate with internal teams the status of programs, new assemblies and future inventory needs.


  • Draft timely/accurate OEM program communications to sustain relationships that lead to future opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional external/internal customer service that involves timely issue resolution.
  • Support OEM/Dealer Tire teams on program promotional activities, program enhancements, results, dealer communication, etc.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Analyze/provide data for promotional program business case development.
  • Participate in Sales and Marketing planning meetings with OEMs and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze/provide data for promotional program business case development.
  • Work with Marketing/Merchandising on material creation, implementation support and development of product information for digital marketing.
  • Provide data for business case and promotional details to secure funding from Supplier Relations.
  • Coordinate pricing updates and new program additions with internal teams.
  • Maintain OEM Assembly Fitment Data.
  • Coordinate manual sales order entry, follow-up and communication.
  • Image and web content administration/maintenance; manage web alerts for assemblies.
  • Sell sheet creation and internal communication.

Other Duties as Assigned

Position Requirements

  • Requires BS/BA, preferably in Business, Inventory Management or related field.
  • Experience working with National/Regional OEMs preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading programs or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office product knowledge required.
  • Demonstrated detail orientation and organizational skills required to ensure prompt follow-up with external/internal customers.
  • Professional, effective written and oral communication skills.
